When you call

When you call (343) 633-2631, we log your phone number and the time and length of the call. Live calls are not recorded. If you leave a voicemail, the recording is saved so we can call you back, and we may send you a text confirming we got your message. We use this information to refer you to a local company, to call you back, and to measure how well the service works.

We don't sell your information. We don't pass your details to the company we refer you to; we give you their number so you decide whether to call them.

When you visit the website

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites. We also count taps on the call button (the page and button tapped, not who you are).

Service providers

Calls and texts are handled through our telephone provider, and data is stored with our hosting provider. These providers may process data outside Canada.

How long we keep it

Call records and recordings are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us. If you don't want a voicemail recorded, you can hang up before the tone.
